Roles/Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, QRQC methodology, and relevant regulations (V5000, TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001).
- Plan, organize, manage, and direct the activities of the Quality Laboratory and Warranty Analysis Group.
- Perform duties in compliance with QS9000/TS16949, ISO14001, ISO17025 to maintain the highest operational standards.
- Conduct tests, evaluate results, and issue reports.
- Contribute to the development, revision, verification, implementation, and maintenance of laboratory test procedures.
- Advise and support other departments regarding test schedules and results.
- Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and calibration of lab testing equipment, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
Required skills
- A bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field.
- Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering.
- Understanding of general requirements of quality system standards such as ISO TS16949.
Preferred skills
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Japanese.
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods and process management techniques.
- Ability to operate computers and use software applications related to quality assurance activities.
