In this role, you will be responsible for quality audits, regulatory compliance, and customer support while collaborating with global teams. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain high product quality
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Investigate quality issues and coordinate resolution with global partners
- Provide technical support and information to customers and service engineers
- Communicate with customers to build trust and strengthen product reputation
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality processes
