- Minimum 3 years of account management experience with large enterprise clients.
- At least 3 years of sales experience targeting pharmaceutical manufacturers.

- Strong communication and self-management skills.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with executive-level clients.
- Logical thinking and the ability to design effective account strategies.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level (required for client-facing interactions).
- English: Business-level proficiency.
