Lead full-cycle marketing projects from pitch to execution in collaboration with key travel partners
Create compelling, data-driven pitch decks tailored to partner goals and audience engagement
Align closely with Business Development and Account Management teams for seamless campaign rollouts
Manage project timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs to meet business objectives
Serve as the key point of contact between Japan-based partners and global internal teams to ensure smooth execution and local-market fit
5+ years in digital marketing, account/project management, ideally in OTA, e-commerce, or digital marketing agency settings
Proven experience building marketing proposals, handling multiple stakeholders, and managing KPIs
Proficiency in data analysis, campaign performance reporting, and client-facing presentations
Comfortable working across platforms and regions in a multilingual, digital environment
Strong commercial acumen and presentation skills
Highly independent, proactive, and passionate about digital and travel experiences
Japanese and English: Business level
Experience working in international teams or with inbound tourism marketing
Familiarity with CRM and digital analytics tools
