Key Responsibilities
- Maintain deep expertise in EAP products, including capabilities, limitations, and development roadmaps
- Conduct product demonstrations, client reviews, and technical consultations
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute go-to-market strategies
- Monitor Japanese and global market developments to provide timely insights
- Provide research insights and market analysis to both clients and internal teams
- Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on client requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Background in equity finance or related financial markets
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- High proficiency in Excel and/or API scripting
- Proven relationship-building and client management skills
- Knowledge of how data products support trading and investment decisions
Soft Skills:
- Fluent in Japanese and English, essential for client communication and documentation
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native
- English: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Recent experience in finance, trading, or institutional markets
