This role supports structured and syndicated finance functions, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and operational control within a multinational banking environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and review credit and legal documentation, including signatory updates and verifications

Handle setup, amendment, and cancellation of credit limits in the LIQ system

Monitor covenant compliance and track expired collateral to manage credit risk

Generate reports for regulatory and internal management use

Support cross-functional projects and communicate with internal teams and clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking

3-5 years of experience in middle office operations or syndicated finance

Familiarity with structured finance processes and documentation handling
Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Language Requirements
