Roles/Responsibilities

• Identify new affiliate opportunities and optimize existing collaborations to maximize performance.
• Oversee campaign execution, tracking effectiveness, and refining strategies based on data analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging opportunities to drive competitive advantage.

Required skills

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, partnerships, or business development.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital platforms, or consumer engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and manage partner networks.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
