Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute the full Japan business and marketing plan.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four marketing professionals.
- Drive market and financial analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Manage major strategic projects and ensure smooth cross-functional execution with Sales and other teams.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to achieve business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience leading business planning and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong background in market analysis, data interpretation, and insight generation.
- Track record of managing cross-functional projects and collaborating across diverse teams.
- Experience building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-makers.
