Roles/Responsibilities

• Work with regional teams to ensure timely settlement of FX.
• Close monitoring of settlement processes, resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements are achieved.
• Resolve any discrepancies during confirmation before settlement.
• Ensure operational failure are escalated and resolved.

Required skills

• Fluent proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• JSDA qualification.

Preferred skills

• Skills in reconciliation & settlement tools.
• Experienced working with offshore teams overseas.

Personal Attributes

• Proactive in proposing and solving issues.
• Clearing communication skills in dealing with stakeholder etc.
