Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executives to define and align transformation strategy and secure organizational buy-in.
- Assess business impacts across people, processes, and systems, developing actionable change plans.
- Design and execute communication and engagement strategies to keep stakeholders informed and involved.
- Identify and address training and capability development needs, creating tailored materials and tools.
- Guide organizations through structured yet agile change journeys, ensuring smooth adoption and lasting business value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Over 7 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in consulting with a proven track record in project delivery and client engagement.
- Hands-on experience in business transformation, process improvement, or operating model redesign across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or IT.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with technology implementations such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing small teams (3-5 members).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability across cultures and working styles.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native or fluent (JLPT N2 or higher).
- English: Business-level proficiency.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in large organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid change management frameworks.
- Certifications such as PMP, PROSCI, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
