Key Responsibilities
- Support program and project management aligned with enterprise digital and IT strategies.
- Coordinate overall program progress, including issues, risks, and change management.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and consensus-building across business and IT teams.
- Support IT procurement and sourcing processes, from requirements definition to proposal evaluation.
- Help design and enhance project governance frameworks and operating models.
- Contribute to change management initiatives supporting organizational and process transformation.
- Assist in planning and delivering training and education programs to enable transformation adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, system integration, IT planning, or corporate IT roles.
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in system development and IT operations.
- Strong ability to structure problems logically and drive project execution.
Soft Skills:
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate complex requirements and technical concepts clearly to non-IT stakeholders.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to business level
