Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project planning, execution, and deliverable design across integration and transformation engagements.
- Supervise and develop 1-2+ junior team members, providing coaching and performance management.
- Manage project workload, quality, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Take ownership of service development, sector initiatives, or key client accounts.
- Lead large-scale or multi-unit consulting projects, including engagements with more than 10 team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in strategy consulting or Big 4 consulting firms, with hands-on project management exposure.
- Proven experience managing junior team members
- Proven experience designing project plans and deliverables.
- Practical experience in resource management and quality control within consulting projects.
- Experience leading large-scale or multi-stakeholder consulting engagements.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- High-level stakeholder management and coordination ability.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Background in corporate finance, M&A advisory, or transformation consulting.
- Experience working in global or cross-border consulting environments.
