Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate internal engineer training sessions based on simulated system incidents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare training materials and ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Configure and maintain training content and supporting tools for simulation exercises.
- Create operational reports, analyze training outcomes, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Respond to user inquiries, update operational manuals, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, networking, databases, and servers.
- Ability to understand technical terminology and apply IT knowledge in an operational support environment.
- Experience using business tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new tools and understanding a wide range of technical documentation.
