Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT projects by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring successful execution

- Oversee the full application lifecycle, including governance, documentation, risk management, and compliance
- Manage vendors, budgets, and resources to ensure operational efficiency and project success
- Drive strategic alignment, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project coordination, stakeholder management, or key account management
- Experience working with AI tools or digital technologies at an intermediate level or above
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects across multiple teams

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly motivated, proactive, and hands-on mindset
- Adaptable and open to change with a collaborative team-oriented approach
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency (spoken and written)
