Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage internal audits across financial institutions, corporate banking, and advisory operations.
- Ensure adherence to Japanese regulations, including BOJ and FSA requirements.

- Work with global and regional audit teams to enhance audit methodologies and best practices.
- Deliver comprehensive audit reports, presenting findings to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5-7 years of extensive internal audit experience in financial services.
- Expertise in compliance testing, surveillance, or regulatory audits.
- In-depth knowledge of front-to-back business operations within financial services.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of corporate banking, operations, advisory, risk, and controls.
- Proven experience in regulatory engagement, particularly with BOJ and FSA.
Soft Skills:

- Confident and professional demeanor with the ability to establish trust across the organization.
Language Requirements
