Lead large-scale automation projects, driving impactful transformation for clients
Roles/Responsibilities
- Oversee complex automation projects, coordinating multiple teams and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within scope and budget
- Engage closely with senior client stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, tailoring automation strategies to meet their needs
- Conduct high-level automation assessments, including ROI analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies, to build robust business cases for automation investments
- Guide teams through project lifecycles, from planning and development to implementation and post-launch support, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Develop client proposals, identify potential growth opportunities, and contribute to business development efforts to expand the consulting practice
- Mentor and develop project teams, building a strong talent pipeline and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Required skills
- Bachelor's in relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, with a strong focus on intelligent automation, digital transformation, and process improvement
- Expertise in automation technologies (RPA, AI, machine learning) and a solid understanding of solution architecture and system integration
