Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and maximizing business value
- Conduct in-depth process assessments to identify and prioritize areas for automation, recommending tailored solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing trusted relationships and ensuring high satisfaction with deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and designers, to implement automation solutions effectively
- Mentor junior consultants, fostering skill development in automation technologies, project management, and client-facing skills
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in intelligent automation, incorporating insights into project work
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or intelligent automation, with a successful track record in leading client engagements
- Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, and familiarity with AI/machine learning integration
