    About the job

    A global leader in cybersecurity and identity access management is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help drive pipeline growth and support enterprise sales across Japan. This role is ideal for tech-savvy, bilingual professionals who are passionate about cybersecurity SaaS and want to be part of a fast-growing sales team with strong career path opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify potential opportunities
    • Conduct discovery calls and schedule meetings for the enterprise field sales team
    • Execute targeted outbound outreach and follow-up activities
    • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in the CRM system
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and prospecting strategy

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or BDR roles within tech or SaaS companies
    • Familiarity with lead qualification, prospecting, and CRM tools
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
    • Organized, motivated, and proactive in achieving KPIs
    • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with consistency
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native-level fluency
    • English: Conversational to business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience working in a cybersecurity or software vendor
    • Exposure to enterprise sales cycle and solution selling methodologies
