Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A transactions and capital raising activities (debt & equity).
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation for corporate finance projects.
- Prepare pitch books, financial models, and transaction documentation.
- Assist senior bankers in deal execution and client engagement.
- Work on cross-border transactions, collaborating with global teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate finance within an investment bank, corporate bank, or strategic consulting firm in Japan.
- Up to approximately 5 years of total professional experience.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in financial and strategic contexts.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level
