HRBP at a World Leading Investment Company!
Roles/Responsibilities
- Administer the full payroll cycle: including salary payments, overtime, bonuses, deductions, tax reporting, and third-party remittances, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding: preparing necessary documentation, explaining leave and benefits, and coordinating the Expat relocation process, including compensation, work visas, and housing.
- Oversee P&C administration: such as preparing and updating HR policies, assisting with company events, handling vendor due diligence, and managing business card orders for new joiners or title changes.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws: maintaining accurate employee records, conducting regular audits, and supporting internal and external audits as needed.
- Manage monthly reporting: on employee working hours, and maintain P&C-related data, tracking hires, resignations, transfers, promotions, and other changes in employee status.
Required skills
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and P&C administration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Japanese labour laws and payroll practices.
- Proficiency in payroll software systems, familiarity with P&C information systems (Eg. Oracle, Anaplan)
- Experience in an international or multinational company.
