Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with executives and GMs to shape HR policies and strategic people initiatives
- Talent & Organizational Development: Drive employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management
- Workforce Planning: Partner with departments to define structure, headcount, and future talent needs
- Recruitment Strategy: Identify hiring needs and align with group HR to plan and execute recruitment activities
- HR Analytics: Translate business goals into KPIs, perform data-driven planning, and visualize HR metrics to support informed decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience in in-house HR, preferably in global companies
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Technical/Analytical Skills:
- HR data analysis and KPI development
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Logical and critical thinker able to engage cross-functional stakeholders
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Business-level proficiency (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent ability)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRBP experience in global organizations
- HR consulting or talent development experience
- Team leadership or project ownership background
