We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to lead strategic HR initiatives and support organizational transformation in a globally recognized manufacturing leader. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to foster growth, innovation, and cultural development while ensuring alignment with global HR best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to design and execute business and talent strategies that support innovation and growth.
- Build effective business organizations by providing strategic HR guidance.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, offering insights to leaders on company values and culture alignment.
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on people management and leadership.
- Provide HR expertise across compliance, policy, employee relations, and benefits.
- Solve complex employee relations issues, leveraging strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR compliance.
- Collaborate with global HR and HRBP teams to enhance HRBP capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese with business-level English fluency.
- 5+ years of HRBP or related experience in a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated success in change management and organizational transformation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and proactive problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of HR systems, data analytics, and process improvement.
- Track record of partnering with senior executives on transformation initiatives.
