Key Responsibilities

- Leverage HRIS tools and data dashboards to inform strategic decision-making
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with divisional goals
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for management-level roles
- Oversee talent development, learning initiatives, and succession planning
- Manage internal investigations and employment strategies with legal and procedural compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 7-10+ years of senior HR leadership experience, including strategic planning and team management
- Expertise in employment law, industrial relations, and WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) compliance
- Strong background in talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HRIS systems and using data insights to drive HR strategy
Soft Skills:
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence executive leaders and lead cultural transformation initiatives
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a multicultural or hospitality-based environment is advantageous
