Key Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio management for A&H products, focusing on loss ratios and profitability
- Perform detailed data analysis and simulations to identify and implement improvement actions
- Lead or support product development, including filing preparation and internal committee documentation
- Monitor product performance post-release and implement profitability measures
- Handle underwriting referrals and provide guidance to sales branches
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in insurance product development or operations
- Understanding of filing documents and regulatory requirements
- Strong skills in data analysis using multiple data sources
- Familiarity with personal accident or medical insurance is an advantage
- Proficiency in insurance systems and software applications for daily operations
