Key Responsibilities
- Lead the localization of global affiliate advertising products to meet the needs of the Japanese market and local regulatory requirements.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for new features that support business growth in Japan.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between development teams in the US and UK and business teams in Japan, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Gather customer feedback, market insights, and business requirements to drive continuous product improvements.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and commercial outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager.
- Experience managing digital products, web applications, or technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, Affiliate Service Providers (ASP), Ad Tech, or internet advertising products.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
- Proven success working with cross-functional and international teams in an agile environment.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities across multicultural teams.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native or Fluent (JLPT N1 or equivalent)

- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and online advertising ecosystems.
- Experience working with global product development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and modern web technologies.
