We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to support quality assurance initiatives for a major e-commerce platform in Tokyo.

Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive test plans and lead manual testing activities for large-scale web services
- Manage the end-to-end QA lifecycle, including test planning, scheduling, execution, and progress tracking
- Identify, document, and track software defects while coordinating with development teams for timely resolution
- Prepare detailed test reports, quality analysis summaries, and stakeholder presentations
- Implement AI tools and automation support to streamline test case creation and improve reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high product quality standards before release
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes and workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience in QA test design for e-commerce platforms or large-scale web services
- Strong experience as a QA Lead, including test planning, progress management, and team coordination
- Hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices
- Technical knowledge of SQL (CRUD operations), Linux command line, and Git version control
- Experience with back-end testing related to inventory management, shipping systems, or operational platforms preferred
