Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines across cloud service initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with department objectives
- Identify workflow gaps and establish standardized procedures, quality records, and operational documentation
- Ensure project deliverables comply with internal governance policies and international quality standards
- Maintain project documentation including risk registers, issue logs, action trackers, and process reports
- Propose and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and operational quality
- Support stakeholder communication and drive engagement across technical and business teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of project management experience within IT services, cloud infrastructure, or technology operations environments
- Strong understanding of quality management frameworks such as ISO 9001 or ITIL
- Experience in process mapping, workflow optimization, and project tracking methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities in multicultural environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational improvement
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation standards
Language Requirements:
- English: Business level required for daily communication within the multinational team
- Japanese: Business level preferred for local stakeholder coordination
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification
- Experience within SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise-scale cloud service environments
- Exposure to global technology operations or cloud infrastructure programs
