Key Responsibilities
- Increase product share within existing hospitals and secure adoption at new customer sites to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate actively with colleagues to reach shared team objectives.
- Acquire updated product knowledge and sales skills, passing certification exams as required.
- Maintain daily activity reports and communicate issues promptly to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Manage sales expenses, inventory, and resource usage responsibly with strong profit awareness.
- Conduct all sales activities in full compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies.
- Support the Sales Manager and demonstrate leadership to guide and motivate team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-3+ years of sales experience, ideally in medical device or related industries.
- Valid Japanese driver's license.
