A global leader in climate and energy solutions is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency in Japan. This is a manager-level role working closely with business leaders to deliver strategic insights, improve working capital, and influence decision-making through robust financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support growth, strategic deal closure, and profitability targets
- Lead cash collection initiatives, analyze customer dynamics, and optimize working capital
- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities
- Provide financial analysis and performance reporting to inform leadership decisions
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven background in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
- 3-5 years in a finance-focused role with progressive responsibility

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and action-driven
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
