Join a global leader in corporate travel and event management as an Event Manager, supporting major corporate clients across Japan and APAC. You will plan, coordinate, and execute both in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end internal and external meetings, events, and webinars for corporate clients
- Serve as a primary contact for operational follow-ups with clients and internal teams
- Communicate with suppliers, venues, and service providers to organize event logistics
- Manage guest information, schedules, materials, and on-site arrangements
- Support budget tracking and provide accurate reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years' experience in event operations, corporate travel, or project coordination
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Comfortable using basic office tools (Excel, online forms) and open to learning internal systems
Soft Skills:
- Team player with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Language Requirements
