Deputy Finance Manager (Foreign Bank)

Roles/Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and regulatory submissions accurately and timely.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor daily financial transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing queries promptly.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Required skills

• 7+ years of working experience of Finance in a financial institution.
• Native Japanese and business level English is required.

Preferred skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Someone aiming to become a manager.

Personal Attributes

• Head-quarter reporting experience is a plus.
• Experience in leading a team is a plus.
