Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL
- Familiarity with RDBMS, Elasticsearch, and optionally Scala, Kafka
- Understanding of SDLC practices and performance tuning
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Basic level
- English: Fluent
