Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to gather requirements and define KPI reporting needs
- Design and implement BI dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Create and validate ETL pipelines and data models to ensure accuracy
- Optimize reporting performance and resolve data issues as needed
- Support the data team with ad hoc analysis and projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years in BI development, data analytics, or equivalent roles
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong command of DAX, SQL, and data modeling techniques
- Experience with ETL pipelines and KPI validation
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Basic
- English: Intermediate to Business-level
