Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing supply chain projects from design through implementation
• Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts, enhancing project delivery standards
• Develop strategies for supply chain analytics, optimizing logistics and inventory
• Translate complex analytics insights into practical solutions for clients
• Promote best practices in data analytics and team collaboration
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to maximize project impact

Required skills

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, ideally in a consulting role
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools
• Excellent client management skills, with business-level Japanese and English
