Key Responsibilities
- Analyse cross-functional performance and identify actionable solutions
- Build simulations and KPI dashboards to support strategic planning
- Design and maintain BI dashboards and data infrastructure
- Collaborate with teams to plan and execute growth and sales strategies
- Promote a data-driven culture and support company-wide decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis
- Strong SQL expertise and independent analytical capability
- Proven ability to identify and resolve business issues through data
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives for process or service improvement
Technical Skills:
- SQL proficiency
- BI tools and dashboard creation experience
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder communication
- Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native or N1 equivalent
- English: Intermediate to Business level (flexible)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Project management and stakeholder management experience
- Python or similar programming knowledge
