Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of cross-border M&A transactions, including financial analysis and due diligence.
- Develop DCF models and valuation analyses to assess deal opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of investment presentations, pitch materials, and financial reports.
- Conduct industry research and company analysis to identify potential investment targets.
- Collaborate with senior bankers, legal teams, and global stakeholders to ensure successful deal completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of M&A advisory experience at an investment bank in Japan.
- No more than 5 years of total experience post-graduation.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in DCF modeling and valuation techniques.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native (required for financial reports and client interactions).
