Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage corporate actions, ensure accurate coupon and dividend execution.
• Monitor market trends, identify corporate events could effect product values.
• Communicate with clients, provide updates, resolve inquiries, maintain relationships.
• Enhance processes, develop tools for efficiency, reduce operational risk.

Required skills

• Native Japanese and business level English proficiency.
• Experienced in Cooperate Actions and Asset Serving or Operations Settlement and Client Services areas.

Preferred skills

• Knowledge in JGB, Japanese and Foreign Stock, Derivatives products.
• Understanding in financial regulations.
