You will manage due diligence, documentation, account setup, and cross-regional operational checks before trading begins. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding workflows by gathering business requirements and tracking progress across internal functions.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, KYC, and data management teams to complete due diligence checks and required documentation.
- Communicate with Global Markets representatives to align onboarding timelines, priorities, and information needs.
- Work with onboarding teams in overseas offices to confirm regulatory requirements for each jurisdiction.
- Monitor case status, identify blockers, and escalate issues when risks to delivery timelines arise.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and keep stakeholders updated throughout the process.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and supporting workflow enhancements with corporate support teams.

Experience:
- Experience providing operational or sales support in a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Experience coordinating tasks and engaging with overseas offices or international stakeholders.
- Experience balancing multiple viewpoints across internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing documentation and status tracking within structured workflows.
