Roles/Responsibilities

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and departments to streamline communication and workflows.

Required skills
- At least 7 years of experience in strategic roles, ideally in consulting, operations, or business management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with a track record of managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English is essential for effective communication.
