C&B Manager in a global luxury industry
Roles/Responsibilities
- Payroll and Workforce Management:
- Oversee payroll operations, including vendor management, bonus payments, salary reviews, and workforce administration (hiring, transfers, exits).
- Expat Benefits and Cost Reporting:
- Manage expat benefits, headcount reporting, people cost calculations, and pension plan administration (global and company-specific).
- Policy Development and Audit Handling:
- Revise and develop office policies, and handle internal and external audits.
- System Maintenance and Salary Survey:
- Enhance and maintain payroll systems and conduct salary surveys.
Required skills
- Extensive Payroll and C&B Experience
- 10+ years of experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees, including expat benefits.
- People Management Skills
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
- Strong HR Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of HR concepts, best practices, and procedures.
- Organizational and Analytical Skills
- Excellent time management, strong analytical skills, and ability to handle multiple projects with a proactive approach.
