Key Responsibilities

Design and execute compensation and benefits strategies tailored to the luxury retail sector

Lead salary reviews, job evaluations, and market benchmarking for internal equity and competitiveness

Oversee incentive plans, bonus structures, benefits programs, and employee recognition initiatives

Ensure all reward programs align with Japanese labor laws and internal policy frameworks

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders on headcount planning, cost control, and reward strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline

5+ years in C&B roles, ideally within luxury, fashion, or retail sectors

Strong command of compensation structures, salary analysis, and workforce planning

Experience using HRIS and compensation benchmarking tools
