Business Development Sales

A leading global travel solutions company is seeking a Business Development Sales to drive revenue growth by acquiring new corporate clients and delivering tailored business travel solutions in Japan.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential corporate clients to expand the company's market presence.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers in finance, HR, and procurement teams.
• Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to showcase tailored travel solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Required skills

• 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally within travel, business travel, consulting, or related industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client projects.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and an understanding of market trends.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
