A global manufacturing and industrial firm is seeking a Bilingual Business Operation Support Specialist to assist with daily application operations, with a primary focus on Salesforce and its integrated platforms like ServiceMax and HubSpot. This role involves data coordination, cross-functional support, and Windows Server tasks-all within a bilingual English-Japanese environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce operations, including case handling, partner collaboration, and reporting
- Use Salesforce DataLoader and SOQL for data management
- Manage Windows Server functions such as task scheduling and batch processing
- Provide support for Service Cloud (ServiceMax) and Marketing Cloud tools (HubSpot, AEM)
- Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders in both English and Japanese
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience using Salesforce, particularly Sales Force Automation (SFA)
- Proficient in Salesforce objects, report creation, and DataLoader use
- Familiarity with SOQL and basic Windows Server operations
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a bilingual team
- Highly organized and proactive with multitasking capabilities
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native or Near-Native
- English: Advanced (business-level proficiency)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Service Cloud and ServiceMax concepts
- Familiarity with AEM and HubSpot in the context of Marketing Cloud operations
