Digital strategy consulting company in looking for an HR manager to support hiring of engineers

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Ensure for the engineering team the full Talent acquisition process
  • Manage relationship within employees and with external partners
  • Analyze and provide market trends to make relevant decisions
  • Manage the career development of engineers
  • Ensure the whole recruitment process for the engineers.

Required skills

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment
  • Relevant experience using Google workspace and Microsoft pack office
  • Business Level in both English and Japanese.

Preferred skills

  • Experience in implementing Skills development and Coaching strategies.
