Digital strategy consulting company in looking for an HR manager to support hiring of engineers
Roles/Responsibilities
- Ensure for the engineering team the full Talent acquisition process
- Manage relationship within employees and with external partners
- Analyze and provide market trends to make relevant decisions
- Manage the career development of engineers
- Ensure the whole recruitment process for the engineers.
Required skills
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment
- Relevant experience using Google workspace and Microsoft pack office
- Business Level in both English and Japanese.
Preferred skills
- Experience in implementing Skills development and Coaching strategies.
