Senior Representative HR Administrator

Job Description

Global investment company is looking for a senior representation HR Administrator.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of any HR-related operation according to the organization's needs.
  • Monitor the workflow, report inefficiencies, and provide analytical support on complex issues.
  • Ensure the compliance of all processing activities in the assigned area.
  • Manage the administrative duties associated with pre-payroll, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Manage vendors and efficiency in customer satisfaction.
  • Provide mentoring to junior professionals and administrative support within the assigned location and other APAC countries.

Required skills

  • At least 5 years of total work experience in HR administration is required.
  • Previous experience in payroll and social insurance administration.
  • Native Japanese and business-level English.

Preferred skills

  • Relevant previous experience in a financial institution.
