Job Description

A multinational corporation specialized in payment card services is looking for a Recruiter/TA

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the hiring manager on sourcing and both class and non-class hiring processes.
  • Identify and provide best practices advice for the recruitment process's continuous improvement.
  • Manage candidates as well as any recruitment and sourcing queries.
  • Manage the accuracy and updating of all recruitment-related dates through the Applicant Tracking system.
  • Communicate innovative trends and market insights to guide the decision process.

Required skills

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment.
  • Deep understanding of a full cycle recruitment process.

Preferred skills

  • Previous experience in a similar industry
