IT Technical Support Specialist

Looking for an excellent IT Technical Support Specialist to be a part of one of the largest financial technology companies globally in the industry.
- Manage remote desktop support operations
- Use the drive system for customer support.
- Demonstrate knowledge of company products and offerings.
- Monitor escalation processes.
- Participate in special projects and training as required.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks.
- 3+ years of experience in software or hardware support services or front line customer support.
- Experience in the dental industry is ideal.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, record keeping, routine database operations etc.
- Has the rights to work in Japan
- Bilingual - Japanese and English
- Good communication skills
- Being able to work in team-working environment
