Legal solutions provider searching for Account Manager sales.
- Be a product expert with a deep understanding of IP solutions as well as client's business and needs.
- Manage existing clients and find opportunities for renewal of contracts as well as a upsell of new products/solutions
- Set up sales plan, build relationships and business with new prospects.
- Respond to client feedback, evaluate product performance and cooperate with internal teams such as Engineer team and CSM team to provide the best experience.
- Accurately maintain CRM database with prospect interactions and company information.
- Around 5+ years of sales experience. Solution sales, subscription-based or contents sales a plus.
- Self-driven and results oriented.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
