Job Description

A top tier financial service institution is looking for a HR Generalist. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering HR services to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of HR functions.


  • Improve organizational performance through individuals and manager on daily bases.
  • Jointly work with HR Managers, HR Advisors to implement HR solutions and practices.
  • Ensure employee issues are properly solved, employment policies are clearly interpreted.
  • Support projects with larger or more complex employee numbers.
  • Maintain consistent relationship with stakeholders to build trust and accountability.
  • Manage and control risk comply with business regulations and rules.

Required skills

  • 5~8 years of relevant experience.
  • English and Japanese bilingual capability.

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge on Japan Labor Law and industry standard.
  • Microsoft Office and Peoplesoft proficiency.

Personal Attributes

  • Concise writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Clear and analytical mind-set in solving critical issues.
