Job Description

An appealing opportunity to join a fast-growing non-FS company as the FP&A Manager.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Financial planning, forecasting, and Financial Reporting to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Lead the Strategic Planning and provide suggestive Financial Framework to improve business efficiency.
  • Manage external relationships with vendors, banks, and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to system implementation and support financial process improvement.
  • Oversee Financial activities are adhered to laws and regulations.

Required skills

  • 7+ years of supervising experience at financial firms.
  • Relative experience in the fintech industry and products.

Preferred skills

  • In-depth knowledge about cash flow, reconciliation and regulatory.
  • Relevant certification such as CFA, CPA, ACA, ACCA is preferred.

Personal Attributes

  • Excellent people interaction skills to manage relationships.
  • Leadership competencies and decision-making skills.
